Pan Fried Salmon Fillet

- Salmon fillet
- Vegetables of your choice
Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.
Put the oil and butter in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, until it’s melted and foaming then increase the heat.
Once the butter starts bubbling, add in the salmon fillets to the pan and fry for 3 minutes until crisp.
Flip the salmon over and lower the heat for 2 minutes, drizzle with lemon.
Once the salmon has been placed on a plate, add in the buttery juices, and serve with vegetables.
