On a bagel or toast with smashed avocado and poached egg

Both hot and cold smoked salmon is delicious with poached egg and smashed avocado and makes such a nutritious dish for brunch. Better yet, it only takes around 15 to 20 minutes to make. If you’ve tried this tasty dish with poached eggs already, why not mix it up and try scrambled egg instead?
